Who Should Attend

Graduates of the “You as a Leader – Part One” experience, seasoned managers, new and established executives, students, coaches, volunteers, administrators, and anyone who aspires to a leadership position or who is expected to provide leadership.  An openness to learning, feedback and growth is essential for your success.

An Added Benefit

Training will utilize a number of evidence-based, practical, and inventive resources, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Step Two personality inventory and Kiersey Temperament Sorter(KTS-II) tools.  These and related tools are a vital means of deepening the self-awareness, connectivity and understanding needed by all kinds of effective leaders.  Seminar attendees will work closely – individually and in a peer learning community - with an MBTI Certified Master Practitioner/KTS-II Certified Coach before, during and after the daylong training to foster an understanding and personalized practical application of these resources.  Attendees will receive a personalized MBTI Step Two interpretive report and a Personalized KTS-II interpretive report.  Both will be utilized to cultivate an interactive, self-governed means of furthering leadership development.  Follow-up coaching and mentoring to assist in charting that path is also available.
